Shipping & returns

Every print is produced on demand: when you order, your piece is printed for you by a professional fine-art print partner rather than pulled from stock.

Production typically takes 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the United States and 7–14 business days internationally. You'll receive confirmation by email, with tracking where available.

Because each piece is printed to order, change-of-mind returns aren't offered. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

To report a problem, email henry@hrc.art with your order details and a photo of the issue. We aim to respond within two business days.
